1. Introduction Welcome to Luminus Beach Resorts. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (luminusbeachresorts.com) and your stay at our property located at H.No. 134/C, Tembwaddo, Morjim, Pernem, Goa, 403512. By booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Bookings and Reservations

  • Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a room.

  • ID Proof: In compliance with Government of India regulations, all guests (including minors) must present a valid Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) upon check-in. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid address proof.

  • Foreign Nationals: Foreign guests must present a valid Passport and Visa upon arrival.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 2:00 PM

  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

  • Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Conduct We strive to maintain a serene atmosphere.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.

  • Illegal activities, narcotics, and disorderly conduct are strictly prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.

  • Luminus Beach Resorts reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate these policies without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability Luminus Beach Resorts is not liable for the loss of personal belongings, valuables, or money left in the room or public areas. Please use the in-room safes provided.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
